Purpose
Open Arms Lutheran Child Development Center is dedicated to offering each child a quality educational program, as well as sharing God’s unconditional love so that they and their families may grow, mature, and become part of a community of fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.
AcademicsOur philosophy of education promotes active learning in children and nurtures the development of the while child. Our daily activities are planned with the intent of helping children grow in five developmental areas: physical, social-emotional, cognitive, creative, and spiritual development.
ProgramsInfants, Toddlers, Two's, Preschool/Pre-K, Part-Time Preschool/Pre-K, Before and After School, and Summer Programs
StaffOpen Arms Lutheran Child Development Center is licensed through the State of Kansas and upholds the requirements as outlined in State regulations. All Lead Teachers are required to have, or be pursuing, certification in Early Childhood Education. Furthermore, all teachers receive 15 hours of in-service training annually. Our teachers are spiritually grounded and model positive Christian behavior.
